It's important to know when you are most likely to faint. Some people are more likely to wake up in the morning, others in the afternoon or at night.
What type of work or task do you most often procrastinate on:

Is it a difficult task, a boring task, or one that you are afraid of failing? Understanding the nature of the task helps you figure out why you are confused.
Reasons for your confusion:

What is the feeling or reason that makes you wonder? Is it boredom, stress, or something else?
Habits or tricks you've used in the past to overcome hallucinations:

Have you used old strategies like making to-do lists, setting priorities, or setting deadlines for work?
Who helps you when dealing with hallucinations:

A friend, family, or other person who encourages you to help can be important.
Tips and Suggestions
As you answer these questions, the following tips and suggestions can help:

Make a To-Do List:

Write down the tasks you need to do that day. Separate important tasks from those that are not.
